WAREHOUSE/FLEET MANAGER POSITION:
Fleet Responsibilities:
Manage all Vehicles for Suburban Pest Control
Assist with vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure that vehicles have updated registration, decals, and proof of insurance
Keep records of all accidents
Daily Vehicle Inspections
Make sure that all vehicles are working property and safely
Notify Supervisors if Employees are not taking care of company vehicles
Warehouse Responsibilities:
Distributing and purchasing materials for technicians
Unloading trucks, restocking trucks
Keeping warehouse clean and organized
Account for all materials, equipment and vehicles coming and going from the warehouse
Create PO’s for all materials
Monthly Material and Equipment Inventory
Knowledge of Fleet management and pesticides and are a plus
Responsibilities and Duties may change as the needs change for the company.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
2-3 year’s experience or relevant experience, experience as an auto mechanic, fleet management, warehouse.
Job Requirements:
Warehouse & Fleet experience required.
Supervisory experience required.
Must have experience with stocking and inventory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Aptitude to learn new software applications.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
A valid driver’s license.
