connectivity, privacy, and information, incl. data privacy breach responses
& responses to pertinent regulatory investig. in the U.S. & abroad.
Prepare for, conduct investigatory witness interviews to gather info on client
technologies, privacy practices. Prepare regulatory responses to investig.
demands from regulators re: complex technologies & services. Prepare
motions in cases related to data privacy concerns. Advise clients re: data
breach responses & investigations. Prepare for mediation & settlement
negot. $390,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign equiv., NY Bar, 5 years of exp.
in position or 5 years of alternate occupational exp. performing complex
connectivity, privacy, and information litigation advisory legal duties. In
lieu of a JD or foreign equiv., an LLM or foreign equiv. is acceptable. Email
