other fin. inst. in international & dom. transact. incl. corp. &
working capital financings, acq. financings, LBOs, cross-border financings.
Prepare, review, negotiate engagement ltrs, commitment ltrs, fee ltrs, term
sheets for financing transact. Prepare, review, negotiate principal
transactional docs. Advise fin. inst. on creation, perfection, maintenance,
release of security interests. Advise fin. inst. in conn. w/ borrower oblig.,
incl. reporting & financial covenant maintenance, and in conn. w/ credit
facility payoffs or refinancings. $365,000 per year. Req’mts: JD or foreign
equiv., NY Bar, 4 yrs of exp. in position or 4 yrs. of alternate occupational
